Product returns
Our policy is that the online store should not differ in any way from our stores with physical presence, so you have the right to return the products you bought within fourteen (14) days, from the date you receive them from the transport company, for any reason.
Necessary conditions for accepting the return:
The products should have their tab and their original packaging on them.
Products must be returned with their receipt / sales invoice.
Beyond that, your options when the return is completed are either to get a credit coupon with the value of the returned products and to buy something else, with the shipping costs being borne entirely by us if you were charged in the original purchase, or the full refund your money, including shipping if you were originally charged again.
Non-defective products
The product is charged at your own expense and if it meets the above (statement, receipts, etc.) the procedures for issuing the credit coupon or refunding your money will proceed. Your refund will be made within three working days of receiving your products.

Defective products
All our products are meticulously inspected by our staff before shipment. But in case you find a problem you should send us an email at support (papaki) azade.com within 2 days of receiving it telling us exactly what problem you found, you can also call us at 210 3240 555 from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00.
In case the product is defective through our fault, you will send it to us with the Courier company at our expense. Then the product will be replaced and sent to you again at all costs of our company. In case the product is inspected, and the defect is caused by misuse of the buyer, you will be refunded with your own shipping costs.
Procedure Instructions
Go to your Account, then in the Order History and by clicking on the order you are interested in you will be taken to the bottom of the page where the products it contains will be, you select them all or a specific one and then, a little below in the Product Return is written the reason for the return and your choice as to whether you want a change, credit or refund.
